Nutrakarma had been founded by Carlotta Elle.
Carlotta started my holistic journey near Venice, in Italy, where, in 2005, her curiosity brought her to start learning about healing, and naturopathy.
Whilst studying, She learnt that the body is a fantastic machine that can heal itself naturally by feeding itself good food and good thoughts.
She had the opportunity to work as a naturopath in a well known herbal shop in Rome. She met some admired practitioners, one, in particular, caught her interest who was specialising in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian medicine.
She decided to pursue her interest and professional aspiration and travel to India to study Ayurveda.
When she came back, she realised that Ayurveda on its own wasn’t enough for her.
She wanted to know more about how our emotional state can affect the body, so She decided to learn systematic kinesiology in London.
She trained in Italy, India and England.
She studied naturopathy in Italy, Ayurveda in India, systematic kinesiology in London.
She has also attended other courses such as EFT, intuitive guidance, nutritional and detox therapy.
Then, her life got so bad in her twenties that she finally decided to do something about it. She was determined to live a life free of anxiety, depression and digestive problems.
At the age of 17, She went to South America and she had the opportunity to meet a very famous naturopath based in Paraguay, who told her that if she didn’t change her diet, she was going to get ill.
She also began working on healing her emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. And it worked.
What happened next?
She followed a plant-based diet, and she was so overwhelmed by how her symptoms improved so much in such a short time.
Finally, at the age of 19,She made a personal decision to take a huge step in her life and she became a vegan.
She did this for various reasons, but to her delight, following a plant-based diet resolved her bloating problems, and above all, her candida problem. Furthermore, She was feeling happier!
She loves to help people
